That the relative intends to go back to their home country. And the best way to do that is to document and demonstrate a secure life back in the home country so for instance. Let's say that we have someone who's. Because I want to come visit from primary now if this person is 25 years old and unmarried maybe working a part time job back in Peru it's gonna be very difficult to demonstrate that that Peruvian. It's going to go back to their home country. Now if they can show significant ties like owning property or having a bank account or having a business or working real for an employer those the kinds of things that can show that the person that I go back home sometimes it's just as simple as making a written promise. To show that they will indeed go back to their home country. So that's one way we can do another thing we can do is demonstrate the person's gonna be supported in the United States by a loved one so if the US citizen or. Lawful permanent resident of the Peruvian word of make some kind of written promise to make sure that the individual goes back home recurring I think that goes a long way.

So I want you to come with me and I'll show you a few things that you can see within walking distance of the city center if you're only here for a few hours or just a day or 2 strip. So we're still basically in the same place right next to the National Library. Show the orthodox church over there and a third place to come and see is a national art gallery. It has exhibitions from not just local people from all over Kosovo predict how some international exhibitors as well who come and show off their work here. It's well worth the visit. So here we are just 2 minutes from the city center I'm in the middle of this beautiful city park. Certainly if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life then look no further 2 minutes walk and you're here. So far we've come from Mother Teresa street right in the heart of this. City. Taken a short walk up to see the National Library. The old orthodox church which was never completed. The national art gallery and then we took a short walk over to city park. Another place I was really hoping to show you was the city mosque it's the biggest impish dina. This in part of the old time opposite the famous clock tower which also wanted to show you. But my camera packed him when I was there. So all I have to show you some photos I took during an alien visit which was asked on buying them. So I was up very and in the morning with them for this and it was really worth the effort damn it was a wonderful friendly family atmosphere I was made to feel very welcome. And then I had a nice opportunity to take these photos.

So now on to the last place I'd like to show you which is a little bit farther from the city center but it is well worth it because it's a really nice place. Spend their end of the day and watch the sun go down. So here we are and Rugova's park it's named after the first president of Kosovo Ibrahim Rugova who is buried in the grave behind me here. There is a very popular part for people to bring their families at the weekends. And it has a very nice atmosphere because of that it also has some views overlooking the time and it's a nice place to end the day to walk up here and see some of the stunning sunset so you can decide times a year. And it's a little bit farther away from the center but half an hour walk but it's well worth the trip.

I think the option for the travel industry is how do we simplify that whole experience and make it simple and make travel sonic and which is what it should be so you know allow you to do research where you want to do research but when you want to pick up the phone and have someone help you who really is an expert who maybe has been to India 20 times and has an insight that you don't have or talk to other cardmembers how do you make that experience really you know back to its roots of it's fun to think about and plan to travel a trip that's I think our industry challenge and I think we're really poised to take advantage of that you touched on some of the consumer insights like the one about value no price versus value for example that are driving our efforts can you also just sort of share with us some additional insights that are guiding your marketing and branding and and go to market strategy especially now is we're headed into the summer travel season or were in mid mid summer travel season really why do you know the same were you paying attention to and how are you sort of approaching them.

As a result 2 trends that I think are really interesting one is that you're seeing a lot more multi generational trips.
